Hello to all! I'm brand new to the hobby. I just got my Equinox 800 about a month ago and having some small success. I've been finding a lot of modern rifle brass and "junk". However, I got lucky last weekend and found 6 Wheat Pennies and a commemorative coin, all in the same relative area! I was pretty stoked by that! I've got some relics that I'm not sure what they are, but they look pretty good. I'm still plugging away and trying to get my first recognizable Civil War find! I'd love to meet folks from the Roanoke and Floyd county areas of Virginia! I've got several permissions already and some land of my own... maybe trade some time at my sites for some Veteran advise and guidance!
Good Hunting!
