Don't see any error, just a worn down dime next too one that isn't.
Well, It doesnt have any of the teeth on the edges like a normal dime.

Wear would be even. Looks like a grease-filled die
Thank you. Im not a scholar about coin errors, but online it mentioned that smooth edges of the coin was a defect of the manufacture process and it has that.

That coin has been abrasively worn down. The parallel scratches you can see are a result of this. If the reeding on the edge is gone, that is another indication of damage, not an error. The only error that would be missing the reeding would be a broadstruck coin, one struck without a collar. When this happens though, the coin spreads out when struck and is much larger than normal.
