Yeah something to secure around scraper blade so dirt don’t get inside rubber cap

Just go to Home Depot and buy you a pkg of chair leg protectors. take ur probe with u so you can get the proper size. Been using them for years.

All of the above. Also, you can spray it with your favorite brand of Rubb'r-Dip-N-Coat every so often. I do three coats per time, lasts a few months.

I use them on both of my pinpointers. I have the Carrot, and a first generation Garrett pro pointer (the black ones).
