I bought this as part of a package deal and I will not use this coil. It is brand new and was never mounted to the detector. It was originally purchased on 3-4-2016. A small bead of clear silicone was added around the coil cover to keep water and debris for getting under the cover. These is easily removed.

That's a good deal! Great coil on my DFX...especially when hunting sites with lots of iron trash....I usually run it in "correlate" mode.

Will this coil work with my whites Super Sierra Trac? It's supposed to be able to use dfx and mxt coils, or so I read. Right now I have the 6x10 it came with. I don't if I should get this one or the lil 5. 3 eclipse round coil.
