🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Sand Cast Bell

A buddy of mine asked me to post this bell that he acquired here in SW Georgia. He believes that it was found on the beach down in Florida and we are trying to determine if it has any age to it or any other additional information. I have never seen this bell in person and was just sent these pictures.

Basically it appears to be a hand-held bell, sometimes referred to as school bells and a litany of other names.
