Tried a new spot today I found but it didn’t pan out to well for how well it looked. I did manage to find two older style Canadian small cents, a flat button and a what looked at first like bent scrap but it had some decorative designs on it stocking through the mud so it went into the keeper case. Luckily when I got home and washed it up it saved the day. It was a decorative sterling silver item with two angels on it. It was bent flat almost completely in half. Im luckily I didn’t break it straightening it out. I used super hot water running on it and very slowly got it opened up. I hope more success on my next hunt somewhere but I’m still pleased with some silver today! 😁👍
