Silver Coin...What does it say?

Found this coin in a park in New Jersey. It's silver and looks to be a piece someone holed for a necklace. Any ideas from the experts as to date and value?

i see arabic and what look to be a date of 1293 ?

I'm not good with these but I think its cupro-nickel or another such mix, I don't think its silver, but might be proved wrong shortly....
