Hello all here is my finds today three dimes, eight cents, all clad. Silver ring 925 stamped, and a Longines women's watch that has 10 k stamped and what looks to be four very small diamonds on the face.
This is just my second hunt ever and the Ace 350 second time out. I found clad about every 10th hit and was finding usual trash, caps and pull tabs. Then I was getting frustrated with the MD because I dug 15 or more holes and could not find nothing at all in the hole . I thought what the heck I know its working because I found 40 other targets just fine . I thought it could be the soil heck I don't know I could hold a plug in my hand and test it and ding, ding spread it all out and nothing then test the hole and ding and dig some out test nothing , so after 15 holes and one about two feet wide and six inch deep I said heck I'm going to the house .That is just 100 yards from my house. I was just swing away across our very large gravel parking lot walking fast to the truck and ding, ding, dinnnnnnng the 350 was hitting silver pegged out and just 4 inch down there was the ring! I was in all because this was my just my second time out and found a ring and it be silver( there are a many post wishing to find their first ring and they been at it years ) As I was cleaning the dirt off the ring my head phones was dinging off the hook so I looked and right were I sat the Md down it was hitting gold on the display. Just 3 inch down out came the watch . I don't know if it is beginners luck or what but this Farm Boy is hook big time now. HH And have a blessed new week yall!
