I haven't been on much since the site took on the new look.
Are the state forums still here?
At the beginning of each thread, there are yellow 'envelopes', some w/blue ribbon, some with red and some with blue envelopes. Do these mean anything? I hate reading a thread over and over because it comes up as "new". Is there a way to weed through the already read threads without having to read every reply? Thanks.
