Small intact jar. Possible dump site.

Found this while metal detecting this morning. Several old rusty screw-on lids, tin and then the jar was heard while digging. I’m guessing possibly mustard(?). I haven’t looked up the year or plant yet. This was very close to the base of an old capped cement well/cistern. It is also very close to where my underground power feed is located. I won’t dig it until I’m sure it is safe. I love finding old dumps. 👍🏼

I’m a little confused, but here is what I think it means. Jar produced in Plant #2 (Huntington, WV) in 1933. There is no period after the 3 and the glass appears to be thicker than newer jars.
Any corrections appreciated.

We know it's from after 1929, and could have been used for about anything but I am thinking jelly.
