A friend of mine found this at a site in the Kitchener/Waterloo area here in Ontario. Looking for a date range and any background history on the regiment if possible. :thumbsup:

I think that is a parent's pin given by the Scouts when their son reached the rank of Tenderfoot. Circa 1960's
