Nice!!! Congrats!!!I found some more nice sash pieces, a Levi's button and a Sanforiged button. 1930's or 1940's I believe on the buttons. Late 1800's early 1900's on the sash pieces. View attachment 2020063 View attachment 2020064 View attachment 2020065
I was told they were pieces off of a woman's sash, dating to the late 1800's to the early 1900's. Here's the other pieces I have found.Your buttons may be a tad younger, maybe 40s or 50s. The one is marked Sanforized and the other may be a later Frisko Jean button....using the same logo as older jeans. The bigger pieces you got there are a headscratcher for me, but they are a pair of something.....
French in origin maybe? Judging by the fleur-de-lis.They definitley look the age, possibly from a few different sashes.....they appear to not match each other. Nice examples!
It was found in the same area. It appears to be a half a sash buckle. It does look different and heavier.Does the item in the first picture in post #4 go with those matched pieces ? Looks different
