Found the toasty 1838 LC in a farm field on Wednesday. This afternoon I hit a new area of a spot that was good to me years ago. Not a farm field so the coins look amazing for the most part. KG III i think as well as a nice 1827 LC, three indians and an 1868 2 cent

Man, what beautiful coins! You’ve got some that are still bucket-listers for me, and if and when I do come across them, if they look like yours I’ll be kicking a happy bucket!

Thanks. Hate when those cobs get in the way of finding a 2 cent piece lol

What's not to like about the deep green look of them. Well done!

Nice digs. Perhaps it’s the age of the sites I dig, but I can count the 2-cent pieces I’ve found on one hand, but like yours they all seem to hold up well in the ground
