This is just a short list, William Shorey Coody the Cherokee member of Congress back in the 1830’s is my grandpas great great grandpa, my great great uncle was the Alma Town Marshal killed by Buck Barrow and WD Jones of the Bonnie and Clyde gang after robbing a store in Fayetteville that morning of my uncles murder. Other notable relatives is Cherokee Chief John Ross.
