Sons find at the washout

Me & my son checked out the washout yesterday found about 12 brokes! But my son found a nice point looks like a Kirk corner notch not sure about the material! Nice point he was happy with it!

Awesome point. Those notches look too large to be a Kirk to me, but no guess about the type. Maybe Steve or one of the other Ohio guys will recognize it.

Last year a guy at work who hunts arrowheads showed me a picture of a spanish cob he found at a washout!
I live in Indiana so finding spanish coins is unheard of. Where do you locate these "washouts"?

I have an empty frame waiting for a point like that. Cool that you get to take your son out hunting. Im sure you were just as happy for him as he was finding the point.
