The Georgetown club has been gone for a while. There is a metal detector dealer in Georgetown, Mike's Metal Detectors, who is still in business.

There is a club in Louisville that may still be active.

Anyone know the web page of the club in/around GEORGETOWN INDIANA?

Yep, all around Washington County, and anywhere close by that looks good and that I can get a permission for. The club was actually centered at Mike's Metal Detectors but they shut it down some time ago. He's still selling detectors and is good to sit and talk to for an hour or two after business is done. If anybody heads that way though, call him first. His family has had some real health problems in the last year, so make sure he's going to be there before you go.

Yep I was to a club meeting a few times years ago, not many there at all.

I do not find much around here. Most of the land is private unfortunately.

Perhaps one of the OLD towns in INDIANA would be a good starting point.., like FREDRICKSBURG?

I live near Salem, just started back up after a few years of missing the sport. Didn't know there were any clubs around here, figured there would be due to location to a few larger cities. I knew of a shop in Georgetown but not a club
