Found some Towle sterling enamel plates for $30. They are dirty and gross but will clean up excellently. Not too much profit margin looking at some that have sold online but I like them for myself! Very Mid century modern.

Finally I boughr this sterling glass jar for $0.50 overall the piece is poor condition. But again I like this for myself! Art nouveau made by Webster! However I need help. How can I get dents out of the rim of the lid? Even slightly? I heard using a wooden peg works? Thoughts are great thanks! Also (I know it's sterling) but, was this plated at one point? Why is it really bright is some spots and dark in others? May just be it tarnished in a weird way....? Just doesn't seem like tarnish and the way it was gold washed underneath?
