I scored this last week at the ARC. It's an amazing piece of silversmithing made in Germany by WILKENS which was founded in 1810. They are still in business today producing fine tableware. There's is a good amount of silver within this tea pot, but it also has a very thin copper inserted liner inside. I sent pictures of it to WILKENS asking if they had any reference to any specifics about how much of this piece was made with. 925 silver. They did reply shortly saying the only reference they have is this product code 7993 Teekanne, first appeared in their catalog in 1964. It's an extraordinary piece and I know there is a good amount of silver within it, but it would be a crime to scrap it. If my math is correct this piece would have been valued at around $170. USD in 1964.
