Hey hey diggers!
After finding a little hidden corner of an old park that hadn't been filled with dirt over the last few decades I found an area holding onto some buried gems.
Just a thin strip of old OG dirt but it was loaded with goodies!
A nice little handful of silver coins..'41 and '63 25 cents, and a 1912 silver five cents( fishscale).
Also got a Rosie to rub( 1946)..
Did a Dick Nicks'em on the poor guy..right across his face. I sure didnt mean to 'hit' this one.
The little snake charm isnt silver but is cool af.

And finally, the 1963 silver grad ring..sadly missing its crest to identify which school..I widened the hole and checked all around but didnt get the rest.
That was something different for me ...I dont find much jewelry.
Bonus silver....snagged a couple of silver 10 cents at the coinstar on my way home ('55 &'66)
Until next time...clean up those edges, they could be full of silver!

love that silver!

Those dimes have a great look out of the ground. The way they designed the font on the year stands nicely when they clean up. Great find and the part about not being filled in is really relevant to the hunt because any time they fill and regrade, it's likely burying them by at least a foot
