Wondering if any of you could give me some assistance with information on this 2013 note. I received it in change in early December and so far have come up empty whether this is an error or if it's nothing special. Seals and 7s have seemed to have bled on the back. holding up to the light shows exact placement so I wouldn't think it was from a different bill Thank you in advance.

It's called a front to back offset error, but it's unlikely to be a real one. The green serial numbers should be there, in reverse on the back on the note, just like the seal. Take it to a coin show and play show and tell with a few different dealers. You can send it to PMG for certification but that would cost more than the note is worth.
