Cool video buddy 👍
The knob and tube wiring was really neat. Never seen that one.
We have a Hoosier in the kitchen and always boot scrappers at the doors🤘

I've seen Boot Scrapers. I'm pretty Confident I've Used one
on a hunt site Somewhere over the years for Mud removal.
Was awhile Ago

Not mentioned There But my House Had a horse anchor
out back, from the days when Out Back up there Was actually Out Front :tongue3: I wish I would have Thought to Have the Neighbor Pull it with his Dozer For Me. by Now I'm sure he Hit it And
pulled it naturally while leveling things.

I've dug pieces of nob and tube wiring . not sure if my house ever had it. it did have twist in fuses, I Remember using Pennies
to re-use Blown Fuses. and bus fuses over the years too
aluminum foil fixed them i think

the house I grew up in was built in 1909. It was a large 2-story and was originally heated with a coal fired pot belly stove in the basement with duct work to each of the rooms. It originally had gas lighting, but was later wired for electricity using the knob and tube system. It also had the push button switches just like in the video. The kitchen featured built in cutting and dough boards that slid in/out from under the counter tops as well as a built in flour bin. One of the bedrooms featured built in quilt storage boxes beneath the windows. I loved that house. it was in our family for 40 years and still stands today.
