Any ideas what these are?

The one that looks like maybe a firepit I was at today. Any ideas what this is? It was located at an old home site that only had the floor left. I saw evidence that another detector had been through the area but I was getting a few interesting hits that hadn't been dug. I had 2 of my young children with me so had to cut this adventure short but I'm going to go back to this area.

The other one was at an old camp area that I got permission to detect on. I saw that old square looking feature at the end. Not sure what it is. Thoughts?

Agree on the well. Does the other stone structure have a stream or anything similar draining from it? Kinda reminds me of a spring house.

I didn't see a stream or anything draining from it. It was on the slope of a hill though. The very top part of the structure seemed newer. Almost like someone cemented on the top of it.
