Sunday's Hunt 1.5 miles in the woods

Hi all,

My detecting buddy and I went for a1.5 mile walk in the woods to a cellar hole on a friends property. The site looked promising. To make a quick post, we both found a large turn of the century spoon and a suspender clip. Kinda cool that we both found a pair of the same relics Not much else from the early 1800's center chimney home. The folks must have lived a tough life out there.

I also added some sort of whatisit. It has a flower on it and appears to be hollow. No clue as to what it is. No matter what it was still a great day out in the woods! Thanks for looking.

I'd agree, Ed.

Folks back then didn't have much, and certainly lost even less!

Still, kids are kids, and always have been.

There might be some sort of outlying cache to be found. Never know!
