Glad they are sending you a new one. I'm the guy that pointed out that sticker crack. Looks like whites agrees! Funny thing my machine is building condensation now as well. Only the third trip out with the unit.

Update, whites sent me a new unit right away, no questions asked, I am suspecting because the unit was brand new. Great service from them.

Those are dirty words to a water hunter..

One reason I rebuilt my Excalibur's about once a year...Saltwater or any water for that matter can take a toll over time. Then add in the Sun..

I stay out of the water...sharks...jellyfish...steep drop offs...just plain chicken. I owned a couple water machines when I was more adventurous, but all my closet queens are gone now. None leaked back in the day. Most have done something right...
