I was cruising around this morning and ran across a First Federal Wells National Bank and Credit Union. I went in and started scoping out the tellers' trays. One matronly miss had some large coins sitting awkwardly in her tray. I asked her what they were and whether they were for sale or not. She handed them over and told me she had been waiting for some coin collector to come back and make her an offer. I guess I sniped these out from under some poor CRHer who didn't make it back in time. I offered her a buck apiece for them and she gladly accepted my generous offer. When I got home, I threw them on the scanner to see what I had gotten. Nothing spectacular but I guess for ten bucks, I shouldn't complain. I came up a dollar short at the In-N-Out Burger joint and I came really close to using one of these coins. I hope June is good to all of you. Jim
