Primary Interest:
Relic Hunting
If you are looking for a relic hunter the Vaquero might be a better choice. As with all detectors the audio signal out rules the display. I owned both the Cibola and the Deleon, and the Cibola is a deeper detector. The Vaquero has the added advantage of manual ground balance.

What does everyone think of a Tesoro Deleon. I'm getting rid of my xlt e series and am looking for a serious relic hunter as I mainly dig for cw relics. What do y'all think

As a relic hunter are you discriminating out iron? If you are not, one of the deepest VLF hunters on the market is the Tesoro Lobo Super Traq, operating at 17.9kHz. I do not discriminate in farm fields as a rule, and use my Tesoro Sand Shark (Pulse Induction) when I want to punch down to 17"-19" depending on the soil. I just saw the Blisstool demonstrated, and I was very impressed with it as well. Good Luck!

You sound like you need a tejon. The lobo would be better maybe in higher mineralized ground. The Vaquero is a great relic and deep coin getter also. But the tejon is the animal, the beast. It is world know for being one of the very best relic detectors on the market.Hits coins deep to.
