Tesoro Eldorado question

Hello all, Im new to the forum and think its great. I have an Eldorado and its about 2 years old, I have found some coins and alot of junk. I was wondering If anyone else had this machine and how it worked for them. I have been reading alot about more expensive machines and was considering up grading or should i stick with the Eldorado? also how does it preform on wet sand?

thanks

Re: Tesoro Eldorado question

The Eldorado is still a great machine without many of the confusing bells and whistles of the newer high end detectors. It is only 2.2 lbs. and can handle electrical interference due to its shift knob. It is not a real beach machine, but will handle most wet sand beaches with ease if you don't use extreme sensitivity.
