Texas tool time

no. 1 ...a wedge (as near as I can figure) this piece is uniface and expertly crafted. I could imagine splitting a nice piece of Osage Orange with wedges like this prepping for a bow build. Sorry nothing for reference ...abt 5" long, 2" at high point

Good eye on the first one -- heavy crushing/stepping indicate use as a piece esquille (splitting wedge). Not many would pick up on that (or reason it through).

The other two aren't detailed enough in your pictures to say much about except that they were tools, and used.

The first tool looks like it may be a Clearfork Gouge or Guadeloupe Gouge.

Thanks Tdog...got several Clear Fork gouges here that match pics in link but they aren't the same as the "wedge" posted earlier. not disputing "wedge" couldn't be a Clear Fork tool, just not for the same purpose. IMO
