I have been told that this item was some kind of Texas rosette, and I am not questioning that person in the least--I would just like to get
a second verification and an approximate value if possible so that I can put the item on eBay or ETSY. I hate to part with it, but we really need the money if it has much value. If not, I will happily keep it. Thanks!
