It seems that the market for saddle rings is good.
Makes the sample case look a tad more appealing for the cold winter's project in the future.

Good morning pirates and piratesses!

Missing a lot of your posts.

Pepperj, I read where you had some visitors who gave you some history of your land. That’s awesome! I hope it leads you to some old finds.

Shepherdess, do I understand that you live by a noisy bar? I guess if you can’t beat them, join them.

Bill, glad you are getting your garden started. I don’t know if I will have one this year.

Noah , you fishing? Are you in the derby? I got a 7.24# yesterday. Puts me in 3rd place for the women’s division. And, I have to substitute for the tournament this weekend. A first for me. I hope you are in the derby and catch a money fish. It would be bittersweet if you win it. Not gonna lie. LOL

Bart, looks like you are doing good prefishing! Whoo hoo!

ARC, I hope you have enough rum for all the celebrations! Argh!

Rusty, congratulations on your driving test! Official! Yes!

Releventchair, hoping your wait time isn’t long.

I know I am missing a lot of people. Hopefully, I will catch up next week.

Gone fishing!

~WD

Morning everyone and anyone

Sunny today, drying things up nicely, egg deliveries/pick ups.
The girls are 21 for 21 lately it seems they like the warmer as well.
Doing a drip pan for the big tractor as I can't spare a rip down for a power steering res. O ring replacement/ Don't want the drip/drip in the patch when I auger the 120 holes for the berry bushes.
Time is ticking-oh speaking of ticking-oh too many of those blood sucking vermin.
Max had one crawling up the leg-good eye Mrs-oh missed the 2 that got latched side by side on the lower lip.
Nope stay away from the dam area-crawling with them this year as well. Had 2 on me the other day-YUK!!
Creeps me out-might have to do a little tick prevention in the upper garden this spring.
Dusting of diatomaceous earth with take care of them-bleed out suckers.

Best of the day to all-may something good happen that will make you smile, a happy thought, a sight, a smell.....

Jim,

Someone or other stated that guinea fowl were the way to go to hunt down ticks. Good luck with the auger drilling holes for the blueberries.

I think drilling 120 holes will be easier than digging by hand.:dontknow: All I can do is try-if it fails there's always the shovel.

Yes that is true Bill, noisy creatures yet we like he rooster crowing so maybe it's a bad rumour that some find them aggravating.
Geez I know some folks that just about spazz out over a simple Dove cooing.:laughing7:

Getting 10 turkeys this coming week-another adventure

It was very calm, Noah. The midges were out in full force. Bart loves our northern bugs. Lol
