Congrats P.J. on a woman putting up with you so long...L.o.l..
Handgun shopping....First it has to fit the hand. Grips on some can be changed but know before buying if so...Better yet , try different grips before buying.
After it fits ones hand (actually both hands , there's a proper way to hold with two, but one may imagine two fingers being all that holds on , or too small or large a grip..Is not helpful) one wants a handgun to "point".
Part of that is grip fit. But so is frame design. Even weight balance.
When one fits the hand(s) and points naturally where you extend it towards , it's a start.
So says the guy who missed his last two shots.
Sights (for me) go below target. Target sits above them/clear view.
I held high( where I wanted the bullet). But held sights on (covered) high point , vs below. So......
