Mornin all.

Warmed up a little.
Snow like beanbag styrofoam stuffing , followed by wetter stuff when the sun broke through briefly.
Inch or two depending on where you wander.
Good day RC
Looks like the day of white missed us, though the winds died down-and the bay is really still-too still-froze over still.

Well it's a crisp one out there still.
23F feeling like 20F
Finished loading the truck+trailer with round bales

Fellow commented that Mrs like the look of the hay "You should of bought it all"
Well I told him the price and he said ok-so I told my Mrs the deal was done and it was all sold. :hello2:
He might keep some over the winter and into the spring on the property.
No big deal, as now I don't have to entertain 2 bale sales any longer. :headbang:

Really is a time sucker doing a sale of anything it seems.
Example: 2 "Potential" customers 48 texts-and $0.00 in sales
But that's the world out there-lots of queries little actual $$$
And they say "Talk is cheap" :dontknow::laughing7:

Just read up on feeding turkey fat to chickens for extra protein/energy during the colder weather.
The person said they had 17 layers and were getting 2-4 eggs a day.

No extra protein really and I'm getting 19-23 eggs still out of 24 layers.
Though I think I'll go out and say good day to them and see what's clucking.

Have you ever detected the area before?
I have but before I had my Deus down. Didn't know how to do it the first time. Don't know how much I'll do though been feeling sick since yesterday. Of course I'd get sick when I have something to do lol

Had the honor of working with @BennyV .....he found me on instagram and is sending me some merchandise. Ill wear his merchandise in my fishing posts, and promote "All American fishing tackle" and get the name out there in the south Florida fishing industry!! I've been wanting to team up with a fishing related business, and this is even better....bennyV is a t-net member !! So cool !!
Great speaking with you!

We have a decent size planter with herbs we put in the carport where it's a bit warmer. We can usually keep them going until Christmas that way. picked up some white wine vinegar, snipped a couple of twigs of rosemary and chopped a couple of fat cloves of garlic also from the garden.
It takes about 1 month to macerate and draw out the flavours since we're having a leg of lamb at Christmas time some of this will be used as part of the marinade. I might spring for some more white wine vinegar and give a few more jars away as gifts for Christmas.

That's a batch of date squares the missus whipped up this afternoon.

It's been nippy the last few days an 1 or 2 of the white stuff on the ground.

We’re going back to the 70’s next week. Time to get some p-cans leaves mulched and get ready for the kids to come around Christmas. It probably won’t last long so nail it while you can.I may even take my shirt off and bask in the sun.
