Man it breaks my heart to see so many of my pirate friends have come down with this crap. I can give advice on what not to do. Do not lay around on your back. Lay on your side and switch to the other and try proning.

The mr’s symptoms started on 12/31/21. And as I said before, and ARC has pointed out, it attacks in waves. Just when you think your getting better, it strikes again. 8 days later, I took him to the ER and so far six days in the hospital. He’s better. He almost died. It was scary. If you have a spirometer at home, use it to keep your airways open.

Our symptoms were the same, but mine were less severe.

Started with headaches
The fever
Body aches
Fatigue
Sneezing runny nose and cough. Mine was very mild but the mr was heavily congested.

Indigestion-my symptom

Severe indigestion to flat out nausea for him. Got worse in hospital.

My oxygen stayed at 97-98%

Mr. Dropped to low 90’s - high 80’s
About the second day of that and he said maybe we better go to the hospital.

Also we learned that the virus messes with your blood pressure so be careful standing up.

Like I said, it came in waves. We’d get a couple symptoms, then they fade, then they come back a little more intense plus more symptoms.

WD what was your total symptom / infection time / length ?
Me? I started on 1/1 and was pretty much over it by 1/5. Except for the fatigue. But then all heck broke loose and like I said, I still have headaches and am tired and occasional indigestion, but how much of that is from the added stress? IDK🤷‍♀️
