I'm alright so far just got up so normally I have about 30 minutes of just a weird anxiety feeling so waiting for that to go away.

I am blessed with anxiety too.
The hard part of anxiety is figuring out the difference between a rational thought and irrational thought.
Once you have that figured out, the anxiety will ease up.
Do you use any grounding techniques for your GAD ?

Yeah I have way to keep it grounded though the always managing it can be a bit exhausting. It hasn't got better in the years it's gotten progressively worse. So getting harder to deal with. But I do what I can

Well, not to discourage you, but I still struggle with anxiety after 61 years.

Friend speeding in his Ford Cobra and me being a passenger ,he got pulled over.
This during the time an additional ticket could be written due to "economy" or something like that. A wasting gas thing.
He was flying for sure.

He told the cop he'd somehow wadded his floor mat and it affected his accelerator.
No , the cop didn't buy it.

I got a pass.

It's part of life unfortunately, she had been suffering from dementia really bad and other brain issues. She wasn't herself and had been suffering a long time so I know she doesn't have to go through that anymore.
