Strawberries 🍓 are happening now
Picked 24 qrts. 3 days ago off the two rows.
24 qrts off 3/4 of one row.
Now there were many of the big ones that just don't make it to the baskets. 😉
Now back to the Rock project.

Ha!

We have a single pea vine blossom. That's our most mature specimen.
Tiny garden is growing great with the exception of carrots lollygagging in the heat. Just late planting.
Corn is not going to make knee high by the fourth.
Ah well. Didn't get frosted anyways.

Great morning everyone, hope everyone is doing well. Got to go to the house my family is looking to buy. I was so impressed. Antiques everywhere and lots of old mining stuff. The building is amazing and the history is so great there. The couple that owns it are great people and I had a good conversation with them. Seems they care about someone to love the land and keep the history over money. We talked about history and relics more than anything. The guy had took dry wall off hand hewn timbers just to keep the history in the building shown back from the 1800s. Told me who to talk to to get permissions to go metal detecting in the good spots and lesser known spots. The house is fully furnished, security, two wells, solar, all hooked up to Alexa just amazing. They seem to be willing to go out of there way to help my family be able to afford to buy the place and give us time to do so. I was humbled by how there is still good people out there.
