It's musical
that s funny - the other day on my way to see my mom i was listening to classical music on a station out of austin - the radio guy, normally a proper gentleman with a foreign accent, said that his girlfriend sounds like the french horn section when she passes gas at night - i laughed so hard i nearly ran off the road - puts classical music in a whole new perspective - i ll never look at the french horn section the same way again - so musical it is - you and the radio guy can t both be wrong

Well I went to the lead researcher/specialist yesterday regarding my lungs.
I had the pulmonary testing done.
Then I saw him and his assistant Dr.
The pulmonary test was ok, nothing amiss.
But he started questioning me, and it seems that there's something inside having a meal deal on the nodules in my lungs.
Bugger has made a few holes already, size of a dime.
So they repeated the questioning about any blood.
Nope.
Seems kind of strange that I haven't produced any out of the lungs.
2015 was a nickel size crater, lot of red.
So I was told once again that I might have MAC.
Mycobacterium avium complex.
So I blood work started, testing levels in the blood to see if I can be a lab 🐀 probably.
Sent home with sputum test kits.
Back on the hampster wheel of medicine.
The last go was regular trips to the infectious disease clinic for 3yrs.
Then 2019 I received the early Xmas gift saying I didn't have MAC.
Went dug some dirt for a few hrs today just to process life.
"Approximately 1 in 4 people with weakened immune systems who develop the cavitary type of MAC lung disease die within five years of the initial MAC lung disease diagnosis. Earlier detection and treatment drastically minimize the long term risks. Most people don't get sick from MAC bacteria."

So with an immune system that is crap.
I guess the toe tag got a bit closer.
Then again 7yrs ago, it was all said.
Well that's off the chest now.
Now back to our regular scheduled program.

I am sorry to hear this. Having to deal with health issues and waiting for test results just sucks. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Thanks WD
The last time it was 3 yrs 2016-2019. Roller coaster of ups and downs.
It's a real opportunist bug, only attacks when a person is down a bit. Then it hits and waits again.
Hard to reproduce in a lab setting.
So the white coats tell me.
Oh well we get dealt a hand that might not best the cards sometimes.

Good morning my hearties. We woke up to a chilly house. Ugh! The geo is not working! I have tubs of decorations staged all over the house and am told by hubby to get busy because I will have a repair guy here shortly. So no lounging around talking to strangers online and drinking coffee.

Me:
Ahem.

So I will catch up later.

Good morning all:coffee2:! The weather, daylight saving time, and stupid politics sometimes get me in a funk!! I'm glad I have Tnet to smooth it all out:usflag:
Morning Tony
You're so right about all that.
I find myself looking at the news-then I realize that I have this soured disposition ring up in the mood.
Empty caches/History click on TNet-fall down the rabbit hole of what ever I want.
It's all kind of good-take or leave subjects-bit of sharing and caring.

Morning WD
Hope it's a minor fix/repair

Got to clean up/dust before the cleaning person gets to the house.:laughing7:

Tubs of decorations! Yelp! Thanks for the reminder-on the to-do-list.

Morning old texan
Thanks for your good vibes old texan.
90/10 rule of thumb in our home.
Eat healthy 90% of time, the body will take care of the 10% of crap.
Positive thinking is always the best.
I've always been an optimist in life generally.
Hope you have a great Friday.
