We went out with 3 people who have archaeological symbols that are not on their land but in a mountainous area. It turned out that their treasure is very deep.

The metal detector revealed a place far from their place before we started working on it. We talked to them and they told us that they cannot help us with anything, no transportation, no workers, no protection, no housing, and you know that working in the mountains is very difficult.

At the same time, they want half of the treasure because they are the reason for knowing the place.

What is the solution with them? Do they have the right to half of the treasure? Is there karma for working without them?

So they're using their professional expertise to get you to find/recover the hidden treasure.
For this they want 50%.

How do they obtain this knowledge?
What are the risks?
Is it within the law to recover?
Is it on public lands?
If they say dig right on the X and bring us half, what's the problem?
What's it worth $500 or $50 Million.

Half of bigger the take is still a better deal than zilch.

My first question would be:
Why don't they go and recover it themselves?

Next question to them is to prove it.

OP-You are going to need to give a bit more info. So is it the same deal for "their" so called area as it is for the area "far" from "their" place, or for 'their" area do you get the assistance?
The reply will be very different on how you answer.

* Your question : So they're using their professional expertise to get you to find/recover the hidden treasure.
For this, they want 50%.
* My Answer : No, we are the experts: We have a metal detector and experts in analyzing archaeological symbols. The 3 people just know an archeological place.

How do they obtain this knowledge?
* My Answer : Archaeological sites are easy to identify and do not require any experience, you will find many stones with symbols and shapes engraved on them...

Is it on public lands?
Is it within the law to recover?
What are the risks?
* My Answer : The archaeological land is owned by the state, and the law prohibits excavation without a license. Obtaining a license is impossible, and if you are caught excavating, you will go to prison.

They want to play the role of mediator or broker without any sacrifice or contribution.

They simply want half of what we find because they took us to the archaeological site, but this has a lot of treasures, they chose some places to work in, we determined the zero point and the depth, they said it was difficult for them.

And fortunately we found a grave that was not deep, we decided to work on it alone, because we did everything by ourselves, the transportation to the place, the experience, the expenses ...

Is there any karma if we work alone without them?

Digging and working on a grave.

*Your question*
Is there any Karma if we work alone without them?

For digging the grave.
Karma is a real bitch.

Az önce halka açık bir forumda bir bağışçıyı yağmaladığınızı itiraf ettiğinizin farkında mısınız? Hiçbir uzman halka açık bir forumda mezar soygununa karıştığını kabul etmez.

Crow
Are you aware that you just admitted in a public forum that you preyed on a donor? No expert would admit involvement in grave robbing in a public forum.

Well there's your answer. Don't do it. The half they're asking for is probably in exchange for their silence.

Kind of like saying.

"We know where there's a bank, and it has lots of money 💰.
We get half of the 💰 for the address."🤣

That's a Goldfish reply.

Exactly, they want half of the 💰 because they know the address.

We do everything and they get half = dependency

Is there any karma if we work without them?
Since the place has many treasures, and we found our own spot to work on. And we moved away from their spot. But we are still in the same area.

Yes, it is the same deal for "their" so-called area as it is for the area "far" from "their" place, that we discovered. We didn't touch their place.

The depth of the treasure in 'their' area is more than 12 meters, they said we can't dig it.

The treasure, in our own new spot, is below 6 meters.

When we negotiated with them about the new place we discovered, and suggested a good amount without going into details, they refused and asked for half, even though they are physically unable to dig, because they are not professional diggers, and all the costs of the project are on us.

Ok-stop the presses.
So they claim 12 meters.
You say 6 Meters.

How do you know how deep?

If they have no equipment how would they know how deep?

This post is really starting to sound like many others that have been posted regarding buried treasures at great depths.

Just go dig it, buy a good karma drink of celebration.

I really think there's more to this inquiry than meets the eye.

* no we found the depth using L-rods, the 12 meters is in their spot

Their spot and our spot are the same area.

How do you know how deep?
* using L-rods
If they have no equipment, how would they know how deep?
* I told you they are not experts, They don't know anything.

They want to be a part of our new spot

I understand. The 3 people absolutely do not want to be in on the trouble if you are caught.
So whatever this karma thing is that you are talking about, and you said if you are caught excavating there you are going to prison. :icon_scratch:
