Went back to the pin field yesterday and found lots more! Gonna have to comb this place dry! When I pulled that giant coin and revealed the swastika my heart skipped a beat… turns out it was a philosophy club in the early 1900s that was co-opted by various companies and used on advertisement tokens. Found an even cooler Masonic consistory medal. Thanks for looking!

Regarding the Masonic item and to enlarge Blackfoot's response above, There are many organisations and orders which form part of the widespread fraternity of Freemasonry, each having its own structure and terminology. Collectively these may be referred to as Masonic 'bodies' and other names. The "AASR" on your key fob stands for Ancient Accepted Scottish Rites.

I found one with 'Boy Scouts Of America' on the reverse, by eyeball, when I was 12 years old walking the AZ desert looking for arrowheads. Still have it.
