After the truck breakdown last week, we were determined to have a good day today and we boy did we!

Tonight for your viewing pleasure , we have a selection of buttons, buckles, a dog tag and the rim of half a pair of specs (?) a button with a toggle rather than the usual loop.

Some cutlery ends (?) musket balls, lead thingy (back view with musket balls) oil lamp top (front view of lead thingy) a possible Roman scrapper and a Charles 2nd (1660s) and a couple of gorgeous horse shoes xx

We are out in a new field tomoz x fingers crossed it will be a good one. it’s the closet field we have to a recently discovered medieval Manor House 🤔 …. It’s on top of a hill so even if no treasure the views will be pretty xx

If your going to use my made up word for Roman Grots, then at least spell it right! (lol) ''Scrappy or Scrappies''
PS. Don't see a scrappy & the Halfpenny is a George II, not Charles.

Not sure if you have the top of a 17th C Seal Top Spoon Handle or if the end has iron, its an 18th C Clothes Hook (with hook broken off)
Also, very hard to tell, but is there an exploded hollow iron cannonball?

PS. No idea what the first picture is part of! Interesting! From its general look, I would place it in the 17th C.

Had a further thought, I think its part of a 17th C Spur Attachment.

In the photo with the watch winder, the bottom right looks like it might be a cuff link, and the upper right might be the finger loop on a candle holder.
