Hi,

I'm trying to source this token. Anyone come up with anything that looks similar? I'm guessing 1860s - 1900 based on an article from the Chicago Coin Club about tokens Perspectives in Numismatics - Collecting U.S. Tokens

I've checked on online source at the University of Louisville archives called: Louisville Storefronts and Saloon Album, https://digital.library.louisville.edu/cdm/landingpage/collection/storefronts/ but no luck there either.

I've cleaned it so far with a toothbrush and water and would appreciate any thoughts on cleaning it further and how to do it. I am pretty sure it is made from aluminum.

Any and all thoughts are appreciated and welcomed!

UPDATE TO ORIGINAL POST

UPDATE: This token was from a saloon called Nellie (Nellie is short for Cornelius) Hasselback's, on the N.E. corner of 10th and Main in Louisville KY. Thanks to all who helped me in my research of this item!
