"Found two weeks ago, thought it was a piece of brass gas line. Clean today and surprise. It's a broken tomahawk. There are still stoves."

Ouah. C'est une excellente trouvaille. Toutes nos félicitations.
(Wow. That is a great find. Congratulations. By Google)

(I love it. Is there any way to determine an age for this tomahawk?)

Amazing find!
(Incroyable trouvaille!)

I'm having trouble determining from the photos, it is made entirely of brass?

From Google- Wikipedia "Tomahawk"

(From the link:
"Native Americans created a tomahawk’s poll, the side opposite the blade, which consisted of a hammer, spike or a pipe."
Does the hole in the " pole" end go all the way through to where the wooden handle would have been? )

Congrats on part of the Tomahawk Guy.
The other piece must be out there someplace.

I couldn't get the link to work. Maybe something my end in Oz isn't working.
Thanks Chili.
Le lien devrait être réparé. Mais la revoilà au cas où.

(The link should be fixed. But here it is again just in case.)

That is very exotic stuff. The missing portion of the hatchet part looks like it was modified to be a club, or two sided maul?
