He does speak the truth about my hot sauce. My favorite is my Habanaro Mango sauce. Folks love it. Careful though. It is an aphrodisiac.
I’ll have to make it..I always try to have bread on hand to take some of the heat away also.
and I will plant some next Spring

If you get into peppers and need seed,visit the chilipepperinstitute site.Just about any pepper seed from mild to wild and some interesting articles on peppers.Good books available too.They,re affiliated with New Mexico State University.All in all a very neat site for chili pepper information.

Well done Bill.
We're starting to freeze some now.
Doing some ketchup over the next few days.
Thank You..I want to also try ketchup as I put it on a lot of food. I was surprised that those tomatoes were from only three trips to the garden.We added some hot peppers and spices today and the sauce came out very good
Several containers are in the fridge and will freeze it soon.
I’m glad that I did not make a mess as the cleanup was the hard part
