That was my dago uncle's choice. Us kids could'n't understand how he could leave sauce simmer all day without burning up, all us kids thought it was some kind of Italian magic. He always had three strings of garlic hanging hmm.... Maybe that was the secret. What kind of mill are you using?Added hot peppers..lots of garlic and spices and hope for the best..
Having the mill makes the process a little easier

Before we went a beer drinking we'd stop at the corner store.I love that recipe..Kielbasa is the best..My family came from Poland and we had that a lot
