Searched google and here without much luck. Wolf?

Black enamel up top worn down to root...

Bear maybe? Would a dog have a molar the size of a quarter? Big dog maybe.... no luck with google images on this thing. Alien perhaps. ;)

The black may have been absorbed from the sea water, or from eating shellfish. Just guessing.
