I got this last year. I think $5. Rubber is in great shape and tub stills turns when the truck rolls on it’s wheels. Not sure how many years this was produced. Seeing various dates on-line at toy sites. About 1950. Knife to show size. Little man is the new operator!

Great shape for its age. Tootsies were out of fashion when I was a tike. I Iived during match box match box and corgi era. The kids a few years younger than I were introduced to the Hot Wheels which domited all the others.
