Hi All,

Found a rusty clump, was about the size of a twinky bar. My Garrett indicated a $1 coin, but my MXT was jumping all over the place. This was about 20 inches down in the old San Rafael park (park since 1901). Here are two pictures after I used a pick to knock of any rust that I could. It is in a electralisys (sp?) tank now... Will add pictures after it is cleaned...

Great find. The poor kid that lost it probably searched forever and couldn't find it.

Try posting it in Cleaning and Preservation

No matter how that cleans up, I'd keep it for display............I'm liking that little train!

Nice find. I'm sure it will clean up very nice and be a great part of a display. Great job.
