I interviewed Fred Curtis if you months ago I need you some new maps where the mineshaft are. I’m in the process of writing a book on the Curtis family sure like to talk to you

I was a contractor in Weatherford for 25 years
..I built a building for Weatherford ISD by the interstate 20+ years ago...and met the adjoining property...he said on his place was a old mine shaft and that the workings were all under where Weatherford College is now....I went later with him to his place and saw pulling works and an obvious caved in mine opening.....
