Does anybody knows if this sign means anything?
The place is in Tunisia north Africa.

I have a sign similar to this, except, mine has a short line above which meant to double the long lines length. In my case it gave the exact distance, AND,
it seemed to be cut in the rock with a crosscut saw, as your sign does.
