First I hit the yard I?ve been hunting recently with the trash pit. Within the first 5 minutes I pulled up this nice US great coat button. Well I continued for a few more minutes and decided to leave the spot to save a button for another day. From there I went to a yard that I pounded years ago with my AT Pro. I decided to go there today since I haven?t hit it with my AT Max. Well about thirty minutes in I got a faint signal and dug up this Artillery Corps cuff button. They were made from 1814 to 1821. They are very scarce at this fort and I have only found two there previously. My last find on the way back to my truck was a 69 caliber shot musketball. Another fun day of hunting. Thanks for looking and happy hunting!!!

Florida Finder,

Congrats on a great hunt. I really enjoyed looking at your Artillery Corps cuff button, it is one of my favorite designs with the cannon and stacked cannon balls. Highly doubtful I will ever find one so I will live vicariously through you and other fortunate detectorists. Good luck with your hunts. Walt
