I got out to a local park in Rockwall Texas today, Nothing special but came across quite a few coins.

That's a fairly nice lookin' pile of coinage for two hours huntin' there Eddy! 8) Lucky you to be even able to hunt! We're still under a couple of feet of white crap and frozen ice up here in Canuksville.

I love the color of those "groundshot" US quarters. The first one I ever found fooled me completely. Sure wasn't the color of any quarter I had ever seen before. Our quarters, up here in Canada, when lost in the ground for a few years, get fairly stained and or tarnished, but they never turn those kool brown tones like yours do... 8)
